MEET OUR TEAM
Bekka Doyle, MA, BCBA, LBA (She/Her) Owner/Director
Bekka earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2016. After several years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2017.
Bekka has a deep passion for the field of ABA and believes strongly in its power to positively impact the lives of individuals and families. Her personal experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)—both as a parent and as an individual—fuels her commitment to providing compassionate, effective, and individualized services.
Outside of her professional work, Bekka enjoys spending time with her family. She’s an avid hard rock fan who loves attending live shows, traveling, reading, crafting, and playing video games. She also has a lifelong love of dinosaurs, dragons, Halloween, and Lego.
Jennifer Schnakenberg, MA, BCBA, LBA, MS, CMHC (She/Her) Lead BCBA, Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Jennifer earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix in 2017 and her Master’s degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2021. She is both a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), allowing her to support clients through both counseling and ABA therapy.
Jennifer began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2015. She has developed a unique specialty in integrating mental health and ABA to provide comprehensive support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and co-occurring mental health challenges. Her passion lies in helping clients build meaningful social skills that enhance their ability to engage confidently in a variety of social environments.
Outside of her professional work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and her 2 huskies, as well as building Lego.
Angela Mitchell (She/Her) Intake, Billing and Credentialing Specialist
Angela earned her degree in Health Information Technology from Weber State University in 2012 and joined Limitless Potential in 2024. As the mother of two young adults with ASD who have greatly benefited from ABA therapy, she brings both personal experience and deep compassion to her work. Angela has volunteered in the special needs community for many years and offers extensive knowledge of community resources.
Outside of her professional life, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts, collecting vinyl records, building Lego creations, and Diamond Painting.
